Hi!
My name is Jeannie Morris. I was born in Hanford and raised in Visalia, California. I went to school at Willow Glen Elementary, Green Acres Middle School, and Redwood High School. After I graduated from high school, I attended College of the Sequoia's and then went to Fresno State University. I received my B.A. in Mass Communication and Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and I received a minor in Child Family Studies. I then earned by Multiple Clear Credential from Fresno Pacific University.
This is my tenth year as a teacher. Throughout the years, I have taught first, fourth, sixth and now second. I have loved the journey of teaching and the wonderful children I have met along the way. I grew up in a household of educators that helped me understand why and how a career as a teacher could positively impact others lives. Teaching has become the perfect fit for me and I find it rewarding every year to have had the opportunity to be part of a student's success.
I am looking forward to an exciting school year!
