Mrs. Murillo-Brown

Mrs. Brown began her teaching career in 2001. Throughout these years she has taught 3rd-6th grade. Mrs. Brown has held a variety of positions in the field of education - Literacy Coach, Learning Director, and Principal. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies, Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, Master of Arts Degree in Education Administration, and her Administrative Credential from California State University, Fresno.

In her spare time, Mrs. Brown enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 daughters. She enjoys reading, traveling, listening to music, and watching movies. Mrs. Brown also dedicates her time to meeting with parents of children with heart conditions at Lucille Packard Children's Hospital (Stanford University). 

Mrs. Brown is passionate about teaching and is always inspired by her students who overcome obstacles and take risks in challenging themselves as learners. Her favorite subjects in elementary school were reading and writing.
