Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Brazil

Mrs. Brazil has been with the Frontier team for six years now. She has been teaching a total of seven years now with her first six years being in fifth grade. Now she takes on the adventure of teaching first grade. She is excited to try something new and work with younger aged kids.

When Mrs. Brazil was in first grade, she herself decided she wanted to be a teacher and that dream has never changed. She’s always loved school and would often play “school” as a child, and now loves doing the REAL thing. Her favorite teacher was her fourth grade teacher, Mrs. Fusco, who inspired her to always make learning fun for all types of learners.

Mrs. Brazil received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies through the University of La Verne in 2011.  In addition, she also received her Teaching Credential and Masters Degree through the University of La Verne in 2013. She recently finished schooling for her Administrative Credential.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Derek, who is a farmer.  She loves being a mother to her two babies: Adeline and Lawson. Her dream is to have a big family. She also enjoys working in her yards, swimming, traveling, playing board games, raising livestock, dancing, and being with family.

Mrs. Brazil shares that each year of teaching somehow gets better and better. She looks forward to a brand new year, with a brand new grade level, and new students!
