My name is Amie Soares and this is my second year teaching at Pioneer Middle School. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree at Azusa Pacific University and began working for Child Protective Services immediately after graduating. It was my experience working with children and families that led me to the field of education. My desire to work with children in the role of an educator helped inspire me to change professions. I have always had a passion for English and I hope to pass this on to my students.
