Mrs. Hoover has been with the Pioneer Elementary School District since 2006.  She received her Bachelor's degree and Credentials from Fresno Pacific University. Mrs. Hoover has a Masters of Education with an additional emphasis in Special Education.

Mrs. Hoover lives with her husband and two sons. She is the proud mother of Christopher and Gavin. In her spare time Mrs. Hoover enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
