Welcome to First Grade at Frontier! I'm so excited to share the year with you and your child! This is my third year teaching first grade, but I've also taught Kindergarten for four years. I grew up in Hanford and was a student of Pioneer District myself! I love teaching in the district that taught me; I believe in our team and I'm proud of how committed we are to the overall success and well-being of all of our students.

I studied Psychology and Primary Education in Monterey, CA. My husband and I moved back to Hanford just before starting my teaching credential through the TCOE IMPACT program. I've wanted to be a teacher since I was a child, and I believe in being a life-long learner. I'm here to give you and your child my best, and look forward to seeing them grow! 

My husband and I were married in 2018, but we've been together since Junior High School. We just welcomed our first child, and are loving this new chapter in our lives! You may have seen me running around town, as I love to workout and be outside. I also love to read, write and draw.
