I am originally from Hanford and am proud to be a former Pioneer student myself.  It was during my time at Pioneer that I developed a passion for history. I earned my bachelor of arts degree, in Social Sciences, and credentials (multiple subjects and history single subject) from Chapman University. I have been married to my husband for almost 20 years, and we have two children.   

I started teaching at Pioneer in 2007 making this my 17th year. In that time, I have taught World History, US History, Leadership, Study Skills, and the newly created Sims elective.   I am looking forward to all the excitement that this year has to bring.
